“Dogs' lives are too short. Their only fault really.”
— Agnes Sligh Turnbull
If I was granted one wish, it would be for our pets to have the same lifespans as us. But they don't, and we’re never ready for them to leave our sides, so it makes sense to capture their essence now and forever, with beautiful, authentic images and artwork that truly reflect who they are, and what they mean to you.
Our pets are fully-fledged members of the family who love us unreservedly and unconditionally, and we love them right back. So whether you’ve got a playful pup, a comatose cat or a fabulous filly, I would be honoured to help you record forever the impact they have on your life—and your heart.
As New Zealand's only full-time-travelling, specialist animal photographer, I can pretty much go anywhere you need me to be. Get in touch to find out when I'm likely to be in your area next!

At Piha Beach with Dame Lisa Carrington and her boy Colin, shooting for the 2026 Colindar

About the 2026 Colindar
In January 2025, I took a week away from photographing clients' dogs, and flew to Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland to shoot with Colin 'the Cavoodle' Carrington for five, fantastic, full-on days! His Mum, Olympic kayaking champion Dame Lisa Carrington, kindly allowed me to photograph Colin for a 2026 calendar that will raise money for Save the Kiwi. Dame Lisa is an Ambassador for the charity, whose mission is to take kiwi from endangered to everywhere.
The project quickly became known between us all as 'the Colindar' (rather than 'Colin's calendar') and the name just kinda stuck! Dame Lisa and her husband Michael were so generous with their time (and Colin's) which allowed me to shoot a wide variety of images across a number of locations to make it extra special. I loved every minute of our shoots, and hope that anyone who buys the Colindar enjoys the results just as much ❤️
